Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective for all reservations made through MYM Travel and Tours


1. Cancellations by the Customer

•Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date qualify for a full refund.

•Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.


2. Date Modifications

•Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and are subject to availability.

•Changes within 24 hours are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to assist you.


3. Cancellations Due to Weather or Force Majeure

If the activity is canceled due to adverse weather, official closures, or unforeseen events beyond our control, the customer will be offered:

• A rescheduled tour, or

•A full refund, based on the customer’s preference.


4. Cancellations by MYM Travel and Tours

If MYM Travel and Tours must cancel a tour due to logistical, technical, or safety reasons, the customer may choose to:

Reschedule the tour at no extra cost, or

•Request a full refund.


5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment platform (typically 5 to 10 business days).
